About This Macaron
We start with salted caramel that we make from scratch. The caramel gets beaten into a beautiful butter cream with a generous amount of butter before it’s sandwiched between two beautiful, tan coloured macaron shells, with a classy brush stroke to finish it off. Our best seller by a country mile.
