World Macaron Day March 20th
It's that special time of the year again. We are excited to participate in World Macaron Day on March 20th. It also happens to be International Day of Happiness. It's true; We didn't make that up.
This World Macaron Day, we’re proud to give back to the Les Dames d’Escoffier BC Chapter; an organization that champions women in food, beverage, and hospitality.
Throughout my career, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn from and be supported by strong, talented women who have helped shape both our craft and our business. This donation is a small way to say thank you and to support the next generation of women making their mark in our industry.
