Shipping policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that marshmallows are made to order, so while it's possible that we may have stock to ship immediately, there may be a delay of up to 7-10 days before we ship your order.

It's possible, but unlikely, that circumstances beyond our control (high order volumes, postal service issues) may cause order delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All our items are shipped to Canada only using Canada Post. Shipping options are Standard (Expedited Parcel) and Express (XPressPost or Priority) and are calculated based on shipping distance and weight.

Local Delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time.

In-store Pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@kitchening.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Canada Post has no problem shipping to P.O. boxes -- no problem!

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@kitchening.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
