Salted Caramel Macarons

We start with salted caramel that we make from scratch. The caramel gets beaten into a beautiful butter cream with a generous amount of butter before it's sandwiched between two beautiful, tan coloured macaron shells, with a classy brush stroke to finish it off. Our best seller by a country mile.

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch)) • almonds • liquid egg white • butter • whipping cream 36% m.f.(cream, milk, carrageenan) • water • sea salt • caramel colour • egg white powder(egg white, citric acid, baker’s yeast)

Contains: milk, almonds, and eggs
May contain: soy and sulphites.
