2026 Cranberry Orange Macarons

Made with a buttercream featuring locally grown cranberries from The BOG Riverside Cranberry Farm in Fort Langley, this macaron pairs bright cranberry with sweet orange for a fresh, vibrant flavour that celebrates the best of the season.

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch)) • almonds • oranges • liquid egg white • butter • water • cranberries • egg yolks (egg yolks, sugar) • cochineal • carotene • egg white powder(egg white, citric acid, baker’s yeast) • vanilla extract (filtered water, organic ethyl alcohol, organic vanilla beans) • citric acid • turmeric
