Candy Cane Caramel Crunch

What is Christmas without Candy Cane?  We partnered up with a local candy maker, Fraser Valley Gourmet to make a flavour that combines their almond butter crunch with our macarons.

Ingredients: Sugars (icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), sugar, golden yellow sugar) • Almonds • Egg whites • Butter • Whole milk • White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour) • Candy cane (sugars(sugar, glucose syrup), natural flavour(peppermint), allura red, glycerin, canola oil, sunflower lecithin) • Egg yolks (egg yolks, sugar) • Water • White coating chocolate (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil (rspo mb), powdered whey protein concentrate, whey powder, whole milk powder, soy lecethin, natural flavour) • Cochineal • Allura red • Corn starch • Soy lecithin • Baking soda
