Maple Vanilla Bourbon Macarons

Crafted with rich dark maple syrup from Maple Roch in Summerland, BC, this macaron combines bold Canadian maple with smooth vanilla and just a subtle hint of bourbon for a warm, comforting flavour that captures the essence of fall.

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), maple syrup (dark)) • almonds • liquid egg white • butter • white chocolate(cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk power, milk sugar, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar (2%), soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt) • milk(milk, vitamin d3) • water • white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) • egg yolks (egg yolks, sugar) • vanilla bean paste(sugar syrup, water, vanilla extract, exhausted vanilla bean seeds, xanthan gum) • caramel colour • corn starch • egg white powder(egg white, citric acid, baker’s yeast)
