Morello Cherry Macarons

This macaron is has the combination of a chocolate shell with tart cherry curd whipped into a rich buttercream.  A new favourite combination for winter evenings.

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch)) • Almonds • Egg whites • Butter • Morello cherries • Semi-sweet choclate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecethin, natural vanilla flavour) • Egg yolks (egg yolks, sugar) • Water • Cocoa powder • Lemon juice • Cochineal • Citric acid
