Strawberry Panna Cotta Macarons

Panna Cotta is a classic favourite of our owner and we're sure you'll be pleased with the outcome.  The buttercream gives this macaron a nice milky texture with a pleasing subtle strawberry flavour.

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch)) • Almond flour • Egg whites • Butter • White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour) • Strawberry puree • Egg yolks (egg yolks, sugar) • Lemon juice • Vanilla extract • Cochineal • Citric acid
